Kyle D. Geer

Kyle D. Geer serves as the Practice Administrator for Family Medical Associates & Pediatrics, overseeing the business and administrative operations of the practice. With more than 15 years of leadership experience and over a decade in healthcare administration, his background includes medical practice management, human resources, financial operations, payer contracting and credentialing, regulatory compliance, billing and coding, and organizational growth.

Prior to joining Family Medical in 2023, Kyle spent ten years managing a multi-site dermatology practice and previously held a regional leadership position with a national dental organization, overseeing multiple practices and their financial and operational performance. His healthcare experience also led to opportunities as a contract speaker for Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, where he traveled throughout the Southeast presenting to physicians, clinical staff, and medical practice leaders on photodynamic light therapy.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science, Pre-Physician Assistant, graduating Magna Cum Laude from South College. He is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and holds additional credentials in dermatology medical coding. Kyle is a member of Middle Tennessee SHRM, Tennessee MGMA, the Association of Dermatology Managers and Administrators (ADAM), and is also a Notary Public. Outside of healthcare administration, he has been a licensed Tennessee real estate agent since 2016, working with both residential and commercial real estate.
